Something wrong with your account

Email from the address on the account and say what happened and roughly when. If it is about a specific pack, card or contest, the name or the time is enough to find it — every rip and every entry is logged.

Money that moved and looks wrong is the one to send straight to email rather than the server, so there is a written record of it from the start.
