Proof-of-Concept Refund Policy
Effective September 14, 2026
Eligible direct Pilot League collectible purchases made while this policy is active may be refunded upon request, subject to the conditions below.
1What This Policy Covers
This policy covers eligible collectible purchases made directly from Pilot League during the proof-of-concept period.
The refund promise is separate from Pilot League prize contests. No purchase is necessary to compete for a Pilot League promotional prize.
2No Reason Required
You do not need to lose a contest, experience a technical problem, or provide a particular reason to request an eligible refund.
3Original Purchaser Verification
Pilot League may require reasonable verification that the requester is the original purchaser and controls the account or wallet associated with the purchase.
4Return or Surrender of the Collectible
If a collectible has already been delivered, Pilot League may require the collectible to be returned, surrendered, transferred to a designated address, or otherwise relinquished before the refund is completed.
A collectible that has already been sold or transferred to another person, intentionally burned, permanently destroyed, or otherwise placed outside the original purchaser's control is not eligible for a duplicate refund.
5USDC Purchases
For an eligible direct purchase paid to Pilot League in USDC, Pilot League will generally refund the same number of USDC units originally paid to Pilot League, subject to any third-party fees not retained by Pilot League and any legally required withholding.
6SOL or Other Digital-Asset Purchases
For an eligible direct purchase paid to Pilot League in SOL or another supported digital asset, Pilot League will generally refund the same quantity of the digital asset originally paid to Pilot League where operationally and legally possible.
If the original payment was converted or settled through a third-party processor, the refund may instead be processed using the currency or method supported by that processor. The applicable method will be disclosed to the purchaser when the refund is processed.
7Fiat and Card Purchases
Where a payment was made through a card or fiat payment method, Pilot League will generally attempt to return the eligible purchase amount to the original payment method. Processor rules may affect timing or available refund methods.
8Network and Third-Party Fees
Blockchain network fees, gas fees, exchange fees, card-processing fees charged directly to the purchaser, or other third-party charges not actually retained by Pilot League may be nonrefundable.
9Secondary-Market Purchases
Purchases made from another user or on an independent secondary marketplace are not direct purchases from Pilot League and are not covered by this refund policy unless Pilot League expressly states otherwise.
10Contest Winnings
Legitimately earned promotional prizes are separate from collectible purchases. A participant does not forfeit an otherwise valid prize merely because the participant requests a refund of an unrelated eligible collectible purchase.
11Refund Period
This refund policy applies to eligible direct purchases made while Pilot League publicly designates the product as being in its proof-of-concept period. Pilot League may end the POC refund program prospectively by publishing notice. Purchases made while this policy was active remain eligible for refund requests for 30 days after Pilot League publicly announces the end of the proof-of-concept refund program.
12Fraud and Abuse
Pilot League may deny a refund request involving fraud, duplicate claims, payment reversal abuse, falsified ownership, manipulated transactions, or an attempt to retain both the collectible and the refunded purchase amount.
13How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request to support@roster.rip from the email associated with your Pilot League account, or use the refund method provided in your Pilot League account.
Include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the account name, transaction identifier, wallet address, or order reference. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
